Practical Spirituality.

I find Reiki to be an amazing compliment to my professional life as an academic. As a person passionate about supporting the empowerment of youth and communities, I was drawn to Reiki as another avenue for helping people heal from past trauma so that they might find their power within. Through my community work, I found that many young people and communities are struggling with trauma related to inequality and injustices exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. To move forward, resolutions to closing the gaps left open by the pandemic necessitate a holistic approach to healing - hence Horse Girl Reiki was born.

In Horse Girl Reiki, I also serve clients who often work with animals. Incorporating energy healing into any lifestyle has positive benefits, but it can be particularly helpful in helping us build loving and nurturing relationships with animals we partner with in equestrian sports. Given my engagement with the horse industry as a rider, teacher, and caretaker of horses for the past 23 years, I am especially equipped to help those who seek improvements in their equestrian life.

 In my Reiki sessions, I often incorporate crystals, aura cleanses, sound healing, and aromatherapy. I may also incorporate Tarot and oracle readings at the clients’ request.

I chose "horse girl” given my consistent spiritual connection with horses. I have ridden horses since I was nine and grew up on a horse farm in central Indiana. Through these lived experiences, I have witnessed and experienced their wonderful healing power. Horses can also feel our energy vibrations and respond directly to the energy we give to the universe. But you don't need to know horses to benefit from Horse Girl Reiki. My reiki and tarot sessions are a great service for anyone looking for healing and clarity in a loving and safe environment. I am also a great fit for those seeking a practical approach to incorporating spirituality into their lives - where reiki and tarot are useful tools to help us connect with our intuition.
